'Edit Profile' should be disabled when external user management is on

When 'External user management' is switched on, it is assumed that user accounts (and particularly passwords) are managed externally. Yet in the user profile page, the 'Edit Profile' link on the left is still present, and from this one can attempt to reset the password. These links ought to be disabled when user management is done externally.
