    Description

      Hello team,
      We discovered a bug in JIRA, which the user can create an issue, via SOAP API, including new-line characters ("\n", "\r\n") on the issue summary. It causes e-mail notifications sent to users to be shown as HTML source-code, instead of the proper HTML formatted notification.
