OAuth tokens provided to Confluence (e.g. JIRA issue links) seem to expire too quickly

Ever since we set up a bunch of systems with OAuth links (JAC, EAC, CAC, etc.), I seem to be continually clicking through to re-authenticate with the JIRA systems.

Is the timeout on OAuth tokens set too low, or are they expiring incorrectly due to restarts or some config change? I think these tokens should probably last indefinitely (like 5-10 years), since the user has the ability to delete them if the authenticated access is no longer desirable.
