Attaching files on Create Issue Page does not work.

    • 4.04

      When attempting to attach files from the create issue page, attachments do not appear when the issue is created.

      To reproduce the bug:
      1. Create an issue.
      2. Upload an attachment.
      3. Press create.

      Note that the file is no where to be found in the issue page.
