Deleting a project fails if attachments folder for an issue is missing

      We seem to be missing some attachments from old projects and can't delete the project in JIRA without first re-creating the attachment folder(s).

      Exception removing project: Error removing issues: com.atlassian.jira.exception.RemoveException: Attachment path '/var/atlassian/application-data/jira/data/attachments/PRJ/PRJ-1282' is not a directory

      Would be good if JIRA could just WARN on this rather than failing to delete the project.
