Description

Currently Cloud JIRA Administrators cannot access Advanced configuration as they are not members of the system-administrators group.
Support is expected to change some of them (like sorting of sub-tasks, date settings, number of ops bar transitions, and column views) if the customer requests this change, which adds friction for the customers and increases our contact rate in support. If we allow admins to make these changes, then the customer won't have to wait on us to get this done.
