I18N double-escaped username in admin/users edit operation

      1. Create a user with an accute-accented 'e' in the name, like José.
      2. Navigate to Administration/Users
      3. Find the user's entry and click the "Edit" operation
      4. The h2 "Edit Profile:" section has the user's name double-escaped
