Tempo's shortcut - 't' requires two key board presses to launch Tempo from Dashboard/Project page

      List of keyboard shortcuts show 't' as a global shortcut.
      But it takes two times 't' press to go to Tempo.

      A quick check revealed that Production instance ( with JIRA 4.4.1-studio-rc3 ) shows the same behaviour
