Add 'Browse Version' to view version page.

    Description

      At the moment there is no way to get from the project administration section of JIRA to the Browse Project page.

      I think it would make sense to add Browse Project as a link next to Edit Project and Delete Project ?

      Also if we create a Browse Version page, then next to every version in the list we should have Browse (as well as Delete | Rename)
