Summary:

This is happening when user tried to use project's "Mail Configuration" Email Address but it doesn't works as expected accordingly to JIRA documentation, Configuring a Project's Email Address.

I found out that the problem still persisting no matter configured via Host Name or JNDI Location with using GMail as Mail Server.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure Outgoing Mail.
2. Select the "Service Provider" to Gmail.
3. Insert the Credentials of the Gmail Acount.
4. Navigate to Project Admnistration > Summary
5. Under the "Notifications" section, edit "Email" to change the sender address.
6. Trigger the notification

Expected Result:

The recipients will retrieve notification from the Project Configured Email Address

Actual Result:

JIRA SMPT Server or Outgoing Mail is still the sender of the notification
