    Description

      Currently I must know who is the responsible developer of a component, if I don't want to assign all the project's issues to the lead developer.

      I would appreciate, if I could assign a user to a project's component as responsible for that component,
      If a create a new issue for that component, this user is suggested by default as the assignee of this issue.
