Ability to save the user's input when creating an issue ticket

      On a create issue screen, sometimes there are many fields to be filled/entered (especially with multiple custom fields). It would be convenient for the users if there is a way to save all inputs into a template. Therefore, in the future, when creating an issue, the user can select one of the previously saved templates.
