Description
Create an issue/comment handler based on the guide on this document http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email. If you decide to use the configuration having the reporterusername, JIRA creates/comment on issue as appropriate but writes some annoying warning message in the logs repeatedly. Try a configuration like:
project=TSTA,issuetype=1,reporterusername=admin
This are the warnings gotten in the logs:
