There should be more configurations which can be adjusted by projects - For example: Time Tracking, Resolution and Priority.

      Something like:
      Resolution Schemes, Priority Schemes and Time Tracking Schemes shoule be able to created and assigned to different projects.

      They will be very useful if jira works on a multi-project environment, thanks!!!
