Unable to release, archive, unarchive and unrelease project version

      I don't seem to be able to archive, unarchive and unrelease project versions: when I click the appropriate link on the version's drop down menu, nothing happens. The same issue occurs in Chrome 14, Firefox 7 and IE 9.

      Clicking "Release" does bring up the dialog, but the spinner shown after pressing the "Release" button never stops, dialog does not close and version does not get released.

      Bumping priority to critical, because the issue prevents us from releasing version 0.3.0 of the JUnitBenchmarks library we're developing (http://issues.carrot2.org/browse/JUNITBENCH).
