Description Field of Components should render Hyperlinks

      URLs in the description of a component didn't get rendered as hyperlink. Also adding a <a href>-Element to the description didn't get rendered as a hyperlink. Would be nice to post hyperlinks there in order to link to more detailed pages in a wiki, e.g. Confluence article, or a website.
