Currently, Jira uses a number of patched/CVS-head/Snapshot/etc versions of open source libraries.

This makes it very difficult to debug problems with them.

In particular, we need the src snapshot of the Webwork that you are shipping to fix the problem with Jira on Websphere.

It would be good to have these src snapshots for each version of Jira.
