On Projects gadget, if you click on the filter select drop down, the screen pops back to the top

      Considering that you have an Project Gadget on the main dashboard, when scrolling down to get to a lower placed project, once you click on the filter select drop down, the screen pops back to the top. This makes it nearly impossible to get to these filters.
      Tested by me on Chrome and by customer on IE8, 9 and Mozilla 6.0.2.
