Enable to configure Workflow image with able to show/hide transition label(s) when user view it via Workflow Viewer.

      User requests to hide transition label(s) so that other users view Read-Only workflow illustration without the transition label for a better view preference.

      Here is the reference for two different workflow outlook: With transition label (JIRA stable version) and Without transition label (JIRA EAP version).
