Ability to do issue threading for the purpose of tracking individual requirements or tests that are spawned from an original issue

    Description

      Unlike linking, would like to be able to thread individual requirements or tests that make up an issue and which all rollup to make a single issue (in this case an improvement or new feature).

      For example, we often track change requests for new features or improvements in our project mgmt project. Would like to have the ability to thread each new requirement which must be met to make up the new feature/improvement. Would like this to have a single numbering scheme but with the ability to track the individual requirements which make up the overall new feature/requirement for reporting purposes.
