Cascade update statuses to dependent issues

Details

    Description

      When an issue is linked to another and marked to be fixed by another issue, the dependent issue should be resolved when the issue it is dependent upon is resolved as fixed and closed. Currently links have no knowledge of their ends, which seems counterintuitive (at least in this case)
