• Go to user profile screen
• Click on the pencil icon next to avatar (Choose an Avatar dialog appears)
• Upload an avatar file
• Select one of the built-in avatars
• Open the dialog again
• Select the custom avatar

Expected: either a) the custom avatar should not had been there because I never applied the change, or b) the avatar to be selected

Actual: dialog disappears and loading overlay blocks interaction with UI and stays that way forwever

Notes:

• I mark it as major because it gives the impression that the product is broken.
• JS error reported in console:

  POST https://qa-sample.jira-dev.com/rest/internal/1.0/user/testuser/avatar/ 404 (Not Found)
