Changing the owner of a dashboard or filter fails silently if a dashboard with the same name is already owned by the new owner

A normal JIRA user can not create a shared dashboard/filter that has the same name as another dashboard/filter
However when administrating shares we can change the owner of a share and there is no validation done on the share name
this means that we can come into a situation where a user has two shares with the same name

when the user comes to click on one of these shares, JIRA throws an error:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Passed List had more than one value.

The current work around is for the user to rename one of the shares.
