From the attached video:

1. I loaded the dashboard.
2. I refresh the first gadget. Notice that the issue ONE-10 appears.
3. I refresh the second gadgets. Notice that "New Feature" goes from 3 to 4.
4. I reload the dashboard by hitting the menu.
5. (BUG) Notice that ONE-10 does not appear again.
6. (BUG) Notices that "New Feature" is again on 3.
7. I reload the first gadget. Notice that the issue ONE-10 appears.

I produced this by basically opening the dashboard. Adding some issues or other data that should change the dashboard. I then reloaded the dashboard using the the menu link and noticed that things did not get displayed.

NOTE: I was using Apache HTTP as a project between JIRA and the browser.
