Custom fields columns should be shown in the issue navigator, regardless if they are mapped to only certain issue types

      Hello Guys,

      This feature request is based on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-23238. Since this previous bug report is not actually a bug, but how JIRA was intended to work, is there a possibility to implement a change on how JIRA works on this particular circumstance?
