Include Jira Administrator Name (and email address) in email

We have many administrators (about one per project) and each of these administrators create users, reset passwords etc.

Now, the problem is that when they do this and Jira sends its emails out to the users (for new user / reset password emails) the user doesnt know which administrator did it - in order to contact them when there is a problem. This information is missing from the email.

It would be better if the email contained some information as to which administrator (logged in user) performed the action that resulted in the email.
