      When performing a search with " due <= '2091/10/21' " parameters Jira search returns error:

      Date value '2091/10/21' for field 'due' is invalid. Valid formats include: 'YYYY/MM/DD', 'YYYY-MM-DD', or a perioed format e.g. '-5d', '4w 2d'.
