The Dashboard will auto refresh after left untouched for an hour. It's reproducable in Jira 4.0.2 but not in other major version such as 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4

Ways to reproduce:
1) Create A Dashboard
2) Add Activity Stream Gadget for a project
3) Create issue for the project in another tab
4) Left Dashboard untouched and the Activity Stream will auto refresh after an hour.
