The create issues area on the top right of the Project Summary page is not consistent with the ordering of the issue types scheme. Would like the create items area configurable.

It looks like the create area is controlled by browseproject.jsp in the {{<atlassian-install>/atlassian-jira/secure/views/browser/ folder.
