Get rid of JFreeChart error message

      The aim is to get rid of this error message:

      2011-02-03 14:40:40,915 http-9080-9 ERROR      [500ErrorPage.jsp] Exception caught in 500 page File '/opt/j2ee/domains/atlassian.com/jdog/tomcat/temp/jfreechart-onetime-628777589324993801.png' does not exist
javax.servlet.ServletException: File '/opt/j2ee/domains/atlassian.com/jdog/tomcat/temp/jfreechart-onetime-628777589324993801.png' does not exist
        at org.jfree.chart.servlet.DisplayChart.service(DisplayChart.java:118)

      Just return a 404 instead of throwing an exception. Doesn't seem to be fixed in JFreeChart 1.0.13 so maybe we'll need to patch it.
