In 4.4, the text email format was changed so that it no longer includes the event in the email subject. For instance, the old emails would read something like this:

[JIRA] Created: (SEI-1041) Account Header Changes

The new version reads liks this:

[JIRA] (SEI-1041) Account Header Changes

Additionally, the event does not appear anywhere in the body of the email either. This makes it impossible to use email rules based on the event (Created, Closed, Resolved, etc), and impossible to easily look at a list of emails coming out of JIRA to quickly find new issues, etc. This is critical for dealing with large volumes of email coming our of JIRA.

The event description should be added back to the text emails.
