After starting to type a comment, then cancelling it, the comment editor is hidden, but not cleared. Any browsing done after this, including opening attachments, closing the tab, or following links to other linked issues will generate a dialog prompting for the user to stay on the current page to avoid data loss. A cancelled comment should not trigger this dialog.
