Clicking on the frother control scroll bar using mouse closes the list in IE

    Description

      Steps:
      1. With the fix of JRA-23051, now we have scroll bar for component/fix version/affected version.
      2. Try scrolling the list by clicking on the scroll bar.

      Result:
      1. After 2-3 clicks the list closes without any reason. This is a new issue as earlier we were not having a scrollable list.
