One of our main users has asked if she can share a filter with more than one group. We have the common pattern of user / developer / pm groups for each project, but some filters should be shared with all members of a group, or two of these groups.

Rather than create four more groups to cover all permutations , please can we allow filters to be shared with more than one group?
