Unable to complete upgrade with JIRA 4.4 installer

      I'm trying to upgrade a 4.3 install to 4.4-rc1 but the JIRA 4.4 installer says "Problems reading the installation directory."

      I'm entering the application directory of the current JIRA 4.3 installation. (see attached). I'm using a sudo account.

      The permissions on the JIRA 4.3 install directory are:
      drwxr-xr-x 13 cj-admin cjadm 4096 Jun 29 11:34 atlassian-jira-4.3.4-standalone/
