Sub-task list view user-configurable (add/remove/reposition columns)

This issue could be linked with JRA-16098, however we're hoping there's another way to configure the columns on the application side at a project level instead of through the backend configuration for the whole suite. From reading JRA-16098, it seems as though that is only a solution if the full suite of projects is okay with using the same column configuration instead of being able to configure it on project to project basis.

I submitted a ticket through your Support JIRA (https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-83473) instance and they suggested I create an improvement ticket so it can go through a review and hopefully be selected for an upcoming release!
