Steps to reproduce

1. Use quick search to search for issues that results in more than one page being shown
2. On the 2nd page of results (or beyond) CTRL-Click on an issue
3. Leave the new tab or window open and on the original tab/window use quick search again for something different that results in multiple pages

Observed Behaviour

1. Results start on the page from last search
2. i.e: If you CTRL-clicked an issue on page 2, new results start on page 2

Expected Behaviour

1. Results start on page 1 for a new search always.
