Viewing Favorite Issues causes underlaying window to show up on top

    Description

      If there is any other window behind the browser and you select Issues/Favourite Filters, the Favourite Filter will show up in the page, but the window below will be moved on top of the browser.

      This bug was reported on Windows environment using IE 7 and 8 when going to Favourite Filter in JIRA Studio. The same bug was replicated on a Standalone (JIRA 4.3.1 Standalone) environment using IE 8. This bug doesn't happen when using Firefox(3.6).
