Issue Navigator: Custom Fields tab flows over Jira Issues in the Display

      A user has raised an issue regarding the Issue Navigator. User uses Windows 7 and probably Firefox 4. I use Fedora 15 Firefox and Chrome and bug seems to be there to. For some reason I see that the "Allows to flag issues with impediments." description under Flagged seems to be oddly missplaced causing the dropdown menu to be too large.
