      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Need ability to both "Share" Comments or an Issue with users who are not assignees, reporters or watchers.

      First, the comment feature should allow us to "cc" a comment within an issue. Would be nice to have an optional field that allows us to enter an email address. This way, both the reporter and "cc'ed" user gets the comment.

      Currently, we have to email a comment, and then copy paste it back into JIRA issue, which then sends out a notification again to the reporter. Not elegant.

      Second, having a "Share" button in JIRA, like the latest/upcoming Confluence version does would be icing on the cake, so we can share full issues with another user.
