Link Colors in Gadgets Are Inconsistent

    Description

      The link colors in Gadgets are inconsistent. For example, the Projects gadget link shade of blue is darker than the assign to me gadget. Additionaly, the gadget Headers as also in different shades of blue. Please see attached file. The arrows in green show the differences in the gadgets header colors and the rectangles in red show the difference in the links shade of blue. This behavior could not be reproducible in JIRA 4.2.x.
