It would be nice to have a rich text field for writing additional Release Notes. Basically this means is that a user can enter details of Release (notes, special instructions, etc.) in this field and when someone clicks on Release Notes link in Change Log or Road Map, this description will show up followed by the current items which are tickets.

This will help Release Teams to snap out the actual Release Notes for customers and not type somewhere else. Like when support team is looking at the Change Log for some version they can have a quick look at the release notes there itself and know what special things/instructions are there for that release.
