Status of the JIRA Suite Utilities plugin in 4.3

      Currently, the JIRA Suite Utilities plugin is not compatible with JIRA 4.3, and the plugin was recently removed from http://plugins.atlassian.com. The plugin is not currently in active development, but is a vital feature for numerous customer instances and we are currently working to find a solution that will make this feature set available once more.
