bad error message with long descriptions

      when we enter a description that's too long, instead of being warned, we get this:

      Form Errors: Exception: com.opensymphony.workflow.InternalWorkflowException: An unknown exception occured while executing FunctionProvider: com.atlassian.jira.workflow.function.issue.UpdateIssueFieldFunction
