Get a "dirty form warning" from sub-task quick create even when the user chooses cancel

      1. Goto an issue with a subtask.
      2. Open the sub-task quick create.
      3. Type something into the "Summary"
      4. Click Cancel.
      5. (DEFECT) Click edit. Notice that a dirty form warning appears.

      I would expect the cancel button to actually cancel my edit.
