      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The lack of good semantic markup in the user browser table leads to fragile functional tests.

      It would be great if the table rows and cells could have IDs so writing robust functional tests is easier.
