There are many missing files in the <jira-install>/atlassian-jira/styles folder starting in 4.3 compared to what was available to 4.2. I believe this is causing an issue when trying to use the "Printable View" in the Issue Navigator. To repro:
- go to Issue Navigator
- get at least a couple issues to appear
- click Views
- select Printable
You will notice that the formatting seems off. Attached two screenshots that show this feature in 4.2.4 and 4.3.1
