Attachment Handling :: Hint about the added attachment as part of the comment

In case of adding an attachment in would be very helful that the resulting comment in the comment issue-tab would contain a hint about the newly added attachment.

Yes I know, that I might use for example to embed a picture in the comment. But some of my colleagues the embedding to complicated.
