Suppress the thousands separator in the excel export

If I export a number custom field (from the issue navigator view) with a value greater than 999 the export includes a comma as thousands separator. This leads to a misinterpretation of the number value, 1400 is imported as 1,4 (which is 1.4 in German writing). In Germany the thousands separator is "."
To change the number settings in Excel is not a possible workaround because the German format is in use for other Excel sheets and has to be used.
It should be configurable to suppress the thousands separator in the excel export.
