Support HTML5 video in wiki markup in JIRA

      It would be useful if we could embed attachments of HTML5 video in JIRA comments using the same mechanism that is used to in-line images.

      i.e., extend this syntax for in-lining an attached image:

      !myimage.png!

      to also recognize:

      !myvideo.ogg!

      to in-line an attached video file.
